LIC ADO (Apprentice Development Officer) Pay Scale :
During the apprentice period the selected candidates as ADO will be paid a fixed amount as stipend per month as per rules of the Corporation. An ADO other than an employee Apprentice shall be paid same as the minimum of the basic pay and DA allowance thereon on the scale of pay applicable to DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS as on the date announced of apprenticeship. Now a days the amount stipend is Rs.34,503/- per months, except in case of candidate selected from LIC employee category.
A probationary DO (Development Officer) at a specified in the area will be paid in the scale of 21,865-1240(2)-24545-1580(2)-27705-1610(17)-55075 plus other allowances and benefits as per the rules.
Educational Qualification for LIC ADO :
(1) For Employee category and the Agent category in Urban and Rural area applicant shall posses the Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India established under a ststute // or approved purpose of the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
(2) An Applicants from other category for ADO in both Rural n Urban area shall have to posses the Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognised University.
